Health Care Training Program Requirements

ADMISSIONS
Applicants seeking admissions must possess a high school diploma or General Education Certificate (G.E.D.) or they have to pass the TABE Test (which is A 9th grade reading and writing Test). The applicant will be interviewed by an admissions representative and then will be given a tour of the school.
All applicants must have a Photo ID or passport. All applicants must be 17 years of age on the first day of class or have parental consent.
Requirements for the following programs is: a completed application and an ID Card.

Requirements is a Completed Application, 2 step PPD (TB) Test, Physical examination, Criminal Background Investigation (CBI) and Fingerprints
