HOME MAKER/HOME HEALTH AIDE
CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE:

The home Health Aide Program is designed for the individual seeking a career in home and patient care. At the end of the training, the students will be prepared to work with the acute and chronically ill, the elderly, new mothers and individuals with mental, physical or social challenges.
This course provides sound preparation for Home Health Aide Certification.
Upon completion of this program, participants will be qualified for the following job titles (Levels of entry vary depending upon individual experience and background):
Our program will prepare you for the NJ Board of Nursing Home Health Aide License, and graduates will be licensed to work in patients homes, Assisted living facilities, and as Companions.
It has been described as one of the fastest growing job areas in the US because of the baby boomers.
Conversion from CNA to CHHA
Once you are a CNA, and want to become a CHHA, you can take a conversion class of 10 hours to get your CHHA The 10 hours module consist of the following items:
